Motel Policies
Cancellation Policy - Peak Season: Motel deposits are non-refundable without a 14 day notice or 45 days for a holiday. There will be a $10.00 handling fee per room for all refunds. Cancellations made without a 48 hour notice, prior to 2pm on date of arrival, will result in a charge of the full package price to the credit card on file. All rooms require a credit card on file. Cancellation Policy - Off Season: Motel deposits are non-refundable without a 7 day notice or 30 days for a holiday. There will be a $10.00 handling fee per room for all refunds. Cancellations made without a 48 hour notice, prior to 2pm on date of arrival, will result in a charge of the full package price to the credit card on file. All rooms require a credit card on file. No-Snow Policy - If you are staying on ski or snowshoe package and there is no snow, you may stay anyway at an adjusted package price, re-book for another date in the same year or lastly, re-book for the following year. Deposits will not be refunded for no-snow.
Group Policies for packages:
- All package prices are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $50.00 per night will be applied to any room with single occupancy.
- Motel groups that exceed 24 people will be subject to receiving buffet or family style meals.
- Gratuities are not included in the package price
- Friday night salad bar is not included for groups of 8 or more people.
- All groups are required to make dinner reservations prior to or upon check-in. Groups of 12 or more people may be asked to choose a meal upon check-in
- Prices and policies are subject to change
- Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $300.00 cleaning fee.
- Byrncliff reserves the right to charge your account for any damages incurred or stolen property.
We reserve the right to discontinue our services and the use of our facility to any person or group practicing loud or abusive behavior or language in our dining room, motel rooms, or anywhere on our Byrncliff Resort & Conference Center property.
