In the fall, winter, and spring seasons, the Byrncliff Restaurant hours will vary weekly in response to demand. In addition to the hours above, we will open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when there are banquets, holidays, or if there are good snow conditions. Please check the weekly restaurant schedule above or call 585-535-7300 for the most accurate hours of operation.
